Blaq Jerzy Sues Iyanya and Ubi Franklin Over “Gift” Song

We have just received breaking news from an industry insider that Firematic LTD and their newly signed producer, Blaq Jerzy are suing Ubi Franklin, Iyanya, Don Jazzy, MTN Nigeria, Mavins Records, over Iyanya’s song “Gift” which features Mavin records Boss – Don Jazzy.

A direct source confirmed that even though, Don Jazzy, Mavin Records, MTN Nigeria, MTech LTD, MCOMM solutions are all included on the law suit, the main targets are Ubi Franklin and Iyanya.

Gift was written and produced by Blaq Jerzy, however Ubi Franklin, who collected advance payments from MTN, MTECH Limited and MCOMM for the song, never paid the producer, the source confirmed. Another industry insider confirmed that Ubi Franklin used the money to pay for his wedding.
