End of an era: Boxing legend Muhammad Ali passes away at 74

The ‘People’s Champion’ Muhammad Ali has just passed away at the age of 74 in the state of Arizona, USA.
The ‘Greatest of All Time’ had been struggling with respiratory complications for a while now. Eventually, on Friday, the legendary boxer breathed his last at a Phoenix hospital, as was confirmed by a family spokesperson to NBCNews.
Ali’s stellar record of 56 wins from 61 professional fights among which 37 were knockouts lives on in everyone’s memory. As his 32-year-old battle with Parkinson’s disease comes to an end, Ali is survived by his seven daughters and two sons. His last rites will be carried out in his birthplace of Louisville, Kentucky.
