1. Create a folder and put the data file
in sdcard/Android/obb
2. Install the GTA apk
3. Now launch the .Apk file first so that it will
install the data.
4. after that just open and flex the game
Note: Do not launch the apk file
without downloading the data
otherwise it won't work. The data file
is about 1.3gb so you must have
enough gigabytes before
attempting to download it.
