Real Madrid Takes BIG Step Towards Pogba As Zidane Confirms Him Needed

Spanish giants, Real Madrid has
reportedly stepped up moves for
Juventus’ Paul Pogba after entering
into talks with the French player’s
agent.
According to Sky Sports Italy, Madrid
has been talking about a possible move
for the midfielder, with a €8 million
annual salary on the table.
And in a related vein, ESPN on Saturday
quoted Real Madrid coach, Zinedine
Zidane as telling Spanish sports
publication, Marca that every club in the
world is interested in signing the
mercurial midfielder.
While Zidane refused to go into detail
when asked about Pogba, he did say
that his performances have won him a
lot of admirers around the world.
“Everyone wants Pogba because he is
a great talent. But he is a Juventus
player.”
“He’s still very young and has his
own style of football so he doesn’t
need to copy mine,” he said. “He’s
got a bright future ahead of him.”
Zidane took charge of Madrid in January
and in that time he has already won the
Champions League.
He says he is not resting on his laurels,
however, and is looking forward to
taking the club forward next season.
“I still feel like I have much more to
do, I’ve been with Madrid for the last
five months and my main target is to
improve this team,” he said.
